RCB Spikings is your Roundnet Club from the Bornheim district in Frankfurt am Main. The community was founded by a mix of internationals and germans enthusiasts in summer 2020, gathering multiple times per week to play in Günthersburgpark. Following the desire to progress further and compete within improved facilities, we joined Turngemeinde Bornheim 1860 in October 2022 to open their Roundnet department.
We meet to train, take part in tournaments and do not take ourselves too seriously.

BUT What Is Roundnet?
Roundnet is a 2v2 ball sport played around a net (which is... round). It shares similarities with volleyball and tennis/squash in its objectives and overall play.
Rim, side, pocket, set, hinder, cut, flick, side out, reverse, soft touch, no hit zone... like any sport it has its own jargon. But let's not freak out already and start with the basics. It's actually quite simple.
